Arlis Lynel Sims, 78, graduated to her heavenly home from the family home in Kingsland, on Wednesday, April 11, 2018, following a short illness. A native Texan, Arlis was born Sept. 16, 1939, in the panhandle county of Hale, in the Ellen community to parents Cecil and Alice (Gresham) Culp.
