Gladys Jo Florence, 91, passed away at home to her eternal hope in Christ on March 14, 2018. Jo was born in Roberts Community, Haskell County, on Nov. 12, 1926 to Charles and Audie Jo (Penton) King. Her family moved to Lubbock in her high school years. While attending Texas Tech she met her husband, Charles Florence.
