I was unable to attend Llano County Commissioners Court meeting on March 12, but emailed them my thoughts concerning the new bridge at Schneider’s Slab. I have spent most of my adult life researching, documenting, restoring and preserving the history and historical places of our ancestors in Llano County. There is absolutely nobody who resists changing anything about our history and customs more than me, especially in the Castell community where all of my ancestors settled in the 1840s.
