Frances Ebeling of Round Mountain passed away peacefully on Jan. 20, 2018. Frances was a dedicated wife and mother. She came to the Hill Country in 1944 as the Blanco County Home Demonstration Agent at the time when electricity was just coming into the area. She was very proud of the work she did to educate the residents on how to use this new technology.
