Dear Editor: Beginning January 1st, retired Texas teachers will pay more and receive less health care coverage from TRS (Teacher Retirement System of Texas). Many teachers are dropping their TRS coverage and seeking other options for health care.  Last Friday morning I contacted TRS to terminate my TRS-Care.  The representative told me that I would need a termination form (700B).  The form was not available online.  I asked her to mail the form, since I did not have a fax number.
