Dear Editor, Thanks to Ted Cruz’ amendment to the tax scam called the Tax Cut and Jobs Act, Texas school funding is set to lose $1,653,683 in the first year, and $16,536,826 over ten years. But no worries, if the tax scam passes, the rich will be able to add TAX FREE money to their 529 plan to fund private school education for their kids by up to $10,000 per year.
