Clinton (Bill) was president; 21-year-old Tiger Woods captured The Masters by 12 strokes; Titanic won the Oscar as Best Picture of the Year; and “Love Gets Me Every Time,” by Shania Twain, was one of Country’s biggest hits. And, also 20 years ago, the Llano High football Jackets took their place as one of the all-time great teams in school history.
