The Llano Jr. High Daubers hosted the Johnson City Eagles with both the 7th Grade and 8th Grade playing combined A and B team games. The 7th Grade Daubers jumped on the Eagles early and often and shutout the visitors by the score of 47-0. The Llano 8th Graders held the lead for much of the game, but just couldn’t hold off the Eagles in the end as they suffered a 22-12 defeat. Both teams now start district play this week as they battle the Navarro Panthers.
