Letter to the Editor: Problems with imported Brazilian beef
Dear Editor, A lot of people have not got the news that I think is important to all of us protein consumers. In March of this year, Brazilian investigators uncovered Brazilian meatpackers selling and delivering spoiled and rotten meat, adding cardboard and A acid to mask the product. One of the Brazilian meatpackers is the United States’ number two beef meatpacker, known as JBS.
