Moving on up, behind the high school
Work is progressing quickly on the new multi-purpose facility behind Llano High School. The mainframe for the structural part of the pre-engineered 2,300 square foot building has gone up in a matter of days. The inside will have the same turf as the football field and can be marked for football, baseball, soccer or any other turf sport, so that those teams, as well as the band, can practice there. Though there won’t be bleachers, there will be a sound system -- for music and coaching and announcements. There will also be overhead doors, which can be opened to let the sun shine in on fair weather days.
