Charlotte Wartenbach On Wednesday, March 23, 2016, Charlotte Laverne Haygood Wartenbach went to be with our most gracious Heavenly Father. She was born in San Angelo on November 15, 1950, to Macy Haygood Jr. and Dorothy “Dottie” Henry Haygood. She spent her childhood in Menard. She was quite a beauty.
