God was shining down on the lives of many on Jan. 17, 1966 when he blessed us with Becky Louise Blackwood-Bell. She was born in Lampasas, the first daughter and third born of the 6 B’s, all of whom are devastated by the loss of their beloved sister. She went to be with Our Lord on April 19, 2017.
