Council revises water incentive program

The City of Llano could soon have a new municipal judge. After a brief closed session during Monday’s meeting, the council unanimously voted to give Mayor Mike Reagor the authority to negotiate a contract with Sam Oatman for the position. The current municipal judge, Jim Deer, will retire in May. The council approved an amended water incentive program for both residential and commercial customers.
