Thomas Edgar Baker, 73, of Horseshoe Bay. Texas died Tuesday, April 4, 2017. He was born on July 19, 1943 in Lubbock, Texas to W.G. and Betty Baker. After graduating from Monterey High School and Texas Tech University he spent many years in the Odessa area as a practicing CPA then later moved to the hill country.
