Water, a constant concern in the ever-growing population of central Texas, was the big topic Friday in Llano. Leaders of towns around the area, from Mason, Llano, Bandera, Kerrville and others, participated in a program put together by Hill Country Alliance. It was sponsored locally by the City of Llano, Llano Main Street, the Llano American Legion, Llano Chamber of Commerce and Joe’s Bar and Grill.
