Joan L. Oestreich passed away Sunday, March 5, 2017 in Round Rock at the age of 81. She was born June 6, 1935 in San Saba, to James Hilton Key and Josie (Allen). Joan was a lifetime resident of Llano, and attended the First Baptist Church of Llano.
