Llooking back at Llano in 2016, the John L Kuykendall Event Center comes of age, Llano sees a new city manager, The Llano News becomes the city’s only newspaper, and a new librarian comes to the Llano County Library. Most of all, it was a year to remember in the Deer Capital of Texas. The year got kicked off with a bang at the John L Kuykendall Event Center and Arena with new manager Ray Craig, and the City of Llano officially took over the facility.
