Dear Editor, The story going around Llano is that Ingram Readymix wants to build a concrete mixing plant in Llano on Angle Street just north from the motel. It seems they have already applied to the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) for a permit. Their application states that the site is 800 feet west on State Highway 29 from Angle Street on the north side of the highway. This plant would emit cement dust with a north wind right over our house.
