Most kids love to collect rocks when they’re young. Some of them, like Frank Rowell, never outgrow that fascination. Rowell, the owner and operator of the Enchanted Rocks & Jewelry shop in Llano, said he has always loved rocks and that’s why he stopped being a machinist in his early twenties and went into the jewelry business.
