Llano ISD board sets $17 million budget
The 1,826 students who showed up for the first day of the 2016-2017 school year were greeted by many changes. Two new buildings at Llano Elementary saw 385 students. Packsaddle Elementary School welcomed 501 youngsters, while Llano Junior High saw 407, and Llano High School had 533. “It was truly a great first day,” Superintendent Casey Callahan said Monday night at the district school board meeting.
