Blake Odell Lewis-Blackwell was born Jan. 3, 1921 to Thomas Loyed West and Blake Draper West in Lohn, Texas.She passed away at her home in Tow, Texas on Saturday, Aug. 6, 2016 at the age of 95 years, 7 months and 3 days. Odell and Billy Gordon Lewis moved to Kingsland in 1969 and were owners of Bill Lewis Septic Service until 1996.
