Food pantry, Meals on Wheels receive donations from chamber
Llano Chamber of Commerce board members John Roberie and Marylin Hale recently presented checks totaling $501 to Llano Meals on Wheels and non-perishable food items to the Llano Food Bank. Items were collected at the fifth annual Taste of Llano. The event was held the Friday before Memorial Day, and it is sponsored by the Llano Chamber of Commerce. Sue Lee with Meals on Wheels, in addition to Patricia Culpepper, Patsie Carter and Oma Oglewith the Llano Food Pantry, were on hand to receive the donations from the Llano community.
