Beasley ranks second in graduating class of 106 students

Out of the LHS 2016 graduating class of 106 students, Raychel Beasley ranks second and will be giving the salutatorian speech. What brought her grade point average all the way down to 4.5800? “In freshman year I made an 89 in geography in the last six weeks,” she said. “But I also have multiple hundreds.” Beasley said the secret of her success was a bit of old-fashioned hard work. “I study every night after eating supper with the family,” she said.
