Frances “Frankie” Decker
1920-2016
Frances “Frankie” Decker passed away Tuesday, January 12, 2016 after a life devoted to her family, church and friends. Frankie was born on a ranch near Pontotoc, Texas on January 7, 1920 to Sam Barton and Lill Cooper Barton. She and Rube W. Decker were married in Llano on September 26, 1942.
