Graveside services were held at 10:30 AM Monday, August 17, 2015, at Admiral Cemetery, Callahan County, Baird, Texas, with Pastor Jimmy Hatcher officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Parker Funeral Home in Baird. Mark was born in Abilene, Texas, on November 10, 1964, to Terry and Lenora Bates Joy.
