Weekend River Awareness Event Draws Crowd
Paddle boarders took turns on the Llano River on Saturday, September 5.

On Friday, September 4, a group gathered to discuss the Llano River, the Llano Uplift, how to be promote it and how to protect it, the kick off to the Llano Eco Summit and precursor to the Sun Splash Moon Dance. Greg Klein was the visionary for the event, and with help from Master Gardener Marcus Hammons, it was brought to fruition. Klein introduced the purpose behind the event and the beneficiary, Llano EcoWeb.
