Crowd Gathers for Council Meeting, Budget Passes, City Manager Receives Evaluation
The regularly called meeting of the Llano City Council began at 5:30pm on Monday, September 21, with a standing-room only crowd. Kicking off the public comments portion of the meeting, former Mayor Mikel Virdell spoke, admonishing Alderman Glenn Conner for a comment he made to City of Llano Police Chief, Kevin Ratliff, following the last Council meeting on September 7.
