Christopher E. Proctor, born January 10, 1962 lost his battle with cancer on Tuesday, March 24, 2015. Chris was a long time resident of Arlington/Plano, Texas area. He is survived by his numerous family members and friends and will be dearly missed. Christopher will be laid to rest with full military honors alongside his father in a private cemetery located in Burnet County, Texas.
