TB Exposure Contained By SO
On Oct. 5, a man arrested and placed into custody at the Llano County Jail was found to have an active case of tuberculosis. It was confirmed through the Texas Department of Health; the male subject was supposed to be on home quarantine. TDH told the officer on duty, Sergeant Derrick Curtis, that the subject needed to either be sent back home, or placed in a negative pressure cell.
