Lady Eagles take lead in District 29-2A
The 3-0 Center Point Lady Pirates arrived in Johnson City Friday afternoon intent on upsetting the favored 3-0 Lady Eagles to take the lead in the first round in District 29-2A competition. The host team showed great sportsmanship, but little hospitality in making short work of their guests in the three set victory (25-14, 25-11, 25-12). The victory for JC came on the heels of a three set road win at Medina on Tuesday night (25-8, 25-6, 25-11).
