Earley keeps Harper title in JC
Lady Eagle Jackie Earley outpaced the competition in Division 1A/2A at the Jacob Krebs Memorial Cross Country Meet Saturday. Earley placed third overall in a field of 1A-4A schools.

For the second consecutive year, a Johnson City Lady Eagle raced to the individual title in the Jacob Krebs Memorial Invitational Cross Country Meet 1A/2A Division. Freshman Jackie Earley finished the course in a personal best 12:48.07 as the third fastest girl and top female small school runner. Taylor Grona of Fredericksburg won the 3A/4A Division with a 11:45.63., #23 Joey Smith 20:00.19.
