Running Eagles battle tough field at Dripping Springs
The LBJ High School Running Eagles made the short drive to Dripping Springs to compete against a line-up of seventeen 4A-6A-Private teams at a 4 Kilometer distance. Texas high school runners compete at the District, Regional and State contests in the 2 mile for girls and 3 mile for boys; invitational meet distances are at the discretion of the host school. Freshmen paced the JC teams with Jackie Earley finishing 26th with a time of 16:18.41 and Antonio Perez leading the boys with a 15:16. ...
