COVID-19 cases are creeping back up in Central Texas, including Blanco County, according to data from the state. Blanco County has 648 confirmed COVID-19 cases and 21 reported fatalities, according to the Texas Department of Health and Human Services. There are 11 estimated active cases as of Monday.
