Proof and Cooper comes to Johnson City
The Old Lumberyard has been home to East Main Grill for a long time as a Johnson City staple, but the new Proof and Cooper will bring exciting change while keeping the rustic and historical elements of the lumberyard as partners Kaylee and Josh Brownfield and Kurt Hudgeons work on expansion of the existing building.
