Lady Eagles earn big win against Cornerstone

The Lady Eagles pulled off an upset of San Antonio Cornerstone to highlight a week of tough contests. Cornerstone suffered a loss to the eventual Blanco County Invitational Champion Blanco Lady Panthers – their only other loss in the tournament. Cornerstone jumped out to a 2-0 first-inning lead, but the Lady Eagles battled back with two runs in the top of the 2nd on back-to-back triples by Kori and Kamryn Fiero.
