The Pearl Ribbon Cutting

The Pearl celebrated the end of an extensive renovation with a ribbon-cutting ceremony on Thursday, February 20, 2020, with the Johnson City Chamber of Commerce. The historic hotel was built by James Polk Johnson and named after one of his daughters. Now an event and accommodation space available for rent, the hotel is outfitted with eight bedrooms and three bathrooms, a dining area, kitchen, courtyard and more.
