Round Mountain EEA Club Meets at New CRC
Our second program was given by agent Gretchen Sanders. She introduced us to a growing trend to serve snacks. Her program was Plating Desserts and she demonstrated preparing a fruit and a cheese tray, called grazing boards. The attendees learned a new way to display food. After the program everyone grazed helping ourselves to the fruit and cheese.
The Round Mountain Extension Education Club met on Wednesday, Feb. 19, at 2PM at the new Community Resource Center in Johnson City. Ten members and one guest answered roll call. Minutes and treasurer’s report were approved. Trina Burnam, secretary read several thank you letters from organizations we sent donations to at Christmas.
