The Blanco County Community Resource Center, located at 206 S. Highway 281 in Johnson City, is set to open for business on Monday, Feb. 3. The CRC will provide office and meeting space for up to 30 federal, state, and local nonprofit agencies providing social services to Blanco County residents.
“The Blanco County CRC will not only increase access to existing area services but will also provide a place for agencies to deliver new services,” said Donna Klaeger, Executive Director of Community Resource Centers of Texas Inc. “Our goal is to make it easier for Blanco County residents to access the services they need that are already available to them in Blanco County, rather than having to travel to Austin or San Antonio, and also to create space to bring in agencies that are new to Blanco County.”
