Cicero A. Rust III gives gift of $25,000 to Texas State musical theatre endowment

SAN MARCOS– Cicero A. Rust III, a resident of Blanco, Texas, has given a gift of $25,000 to the Texas State University Development Foundation to establish a permanent endowment entitled the Cicero Alexander Rust III Endowed Scholarship in Musical Theatre. "The endowment is in honor of my grandchildren through the Lord: Savannah Nicole McDougall, Abigail Rose McDougall, Joshua Alexander McDougall and Courtney Nicole Moraign de Alexander Quintanilla,"
