Welch Wins 1st Place, Scholarship in San Antonio Western Art Competition

LBJ High School Freshman Dusti Welch won a $4000 scholarship for her 1st Place finish in the Painting & Mixed Media Division of the San Antonio Western Art Competition last weekend. The contest is held annually in conjunction with the San Antonio Stock Show & Rodeo with Grand Prize pieces sold at auction in January.
