The Blanco County Commissioners Court was called to order at 9 a.m. by Judge Brett Bray with all four commissioners: Tommy Weir, Emil Uecker, Chris Liesmann, and Paul Granberg present. After reciting the Pledge of Allegiance, Judge Bray read the proclamation recognizing and honoring World War II veteran, Porter Watson, who recently celebrated his 95th birthday.
