After 50 Years, Hye Hall Opens Doors to Public
The first paying customers in over fifty years were Ann and David Hall of Blanco. It didn’t take long for the place to fill up soon after.

HYE, TEXAS - Live music, food and laughter was present for the first time in a long time- fifty years, to be precise- in the Hye Community Hall on Wednesday, October 9, 2019. The celebration of the renovation and re-opening of the building was witnessed by dozens of visitors, many of whom shared a personal connection with the hall. The Lost Sounds of a Texas Honky Tonk will play each Wednesday night through October, with dinner cooked by Chef Matt Church.
