In his seminal book, The Population Bomb, written in the 1960’s, Paul Ehrlich described the future, with over-population as the root causes of global warming, with rising sea levels, and concomitant increase in both the number and the severity of storms worldwide, being one of the results. He also predicted famine, drought, and mass migrations of people from poorer regions to richer.
