Dorothy Lackey, age 99, of Johnson City died on July 17, 2019. She was born on August 20, 1919 in San Antonio to the late Inez and Dan Dunham. Dorothy married J.C. Lackey on September 20, 1937. He preceded her in death on April 15, 1988.
