Dalland fourth in Shot and Disc at Regionals
Junior Kalli Dalland made the finals and placed 4th in each of her events at the UIL Region 4-3A Track & Field Championships at Converse-Judson High School last week. On Friday, Dalland threw her best mark (35’10.75”) on the final throw in the preliminary round of the Shot Put. Katryn Hernandez of Skidmore-Tynan won the event with a heave of 43’3.25” on her last throw in the finals; Ashley Taylor (Yoakum) placed 2nd with 37’8.75”.
