PEC Recognized By J.D. Power For Customer Satisfaction
During its July 16 board meeting, Pedernales Electric Cooperative announced the cooperative was ranked No. 10 in the nation for overall customer satisfaction and No. 7 among U.S. electric cooperatives according to the J.D. Power 2018 Electric Utility Residential Customer Satisfaction Study. “We’re honored our members have responded positively as we continue our efforts of providing low-cost, reliable electricity,” said PEC Chief Executive Officer Julie Parsley.
