William “Bill” Victor Casey, 69, passed away peacefully surrounded by his family Wednesday, June 20, 2018 at his home in Cypress Mill, TX. Bill was born March 9, 1949 in Austin, TX to Donald E. Casey and Bernice Wenmohs Casey. Bill is survived by his wife of nearly 40 years, Karen (Wall) Casey; daughter, Kristin Baker and husband Seth; brother, Don Casey and wife Ann; grandchildren, Hudson and Wyatt.
