Groundwater District Studies Growth and Water Resources
The Blanco-Pedernales Groundwater Conservation District held its monthly meeting Feb. 22, 2018, General manager Ron Fieseler presented the district’s annual report. Discussion turned to the three monitored wells in the northern end of the county, the District well near the conservation building, Stone Ridge well and the Verizon substation well. Two of these wells are on the Ellenberger Aquifer, while the other is on the San Saba Formation.
