Truck Jackknifes, Collides with Visitor Center Porch
Last Thursday morning, a truck collided with the sidewalk in front of the Withers and Spaulding Building, home to the Johnson City Visitors Center. The driver applied his brakes on Main st. for the light at Nugent Ave but jackknifed on the wet road last week. No injuries were reported from the incident.

Officials from the Lyndon B. Johnson National Historical Park are still assessing the damage done to the porch of Withers and Spaulding building at the corner or Main St. and Nugent Ave. after a truck pulling a tractor trailer jackknifed and collided with the structure last Thursday morning. At approximately 6:25 a.m.
