Thursday Dec. 21 was a joyful day for the Johnson City Library. President, Donna Cummings and Treasurer, Alan Dean, of the Board of Trustees presented a check to the Johnson City Bank’s loan officer Barbara Schmidt that paid the building loan in full. This is the library’s ninth year in the building and much planning and fundraising was done before moving in.
